Photo of the Week #7
This week I wanted to share a photo I took in Gangnam area of Seoul. It is a statue representing the Gangnam Style by Psy dance! Do you know Gangnam Style?
One of our students Luciano thinks that Gangnam style means "fancy Korean." Is that right? I'm relieved that dance has gone out of style ;/ -Maestra Julia Collins
That is accurate. Gangnam is the most fancy/expensive area of Korea, so having "Gangnam style" would essentially make you someone who is very "fancy." I am also relieved, there are definitely much better dances out in Korea now. ~Jocylin
